The Filone Uva is artisan fruit bread, which leavens naturally thanks to our sourdough. Dario Loison wanted to revive this ancient recipe of his father, Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft and well-alveolated dough is embellished with delicious sultanas and coated in a crumbly, Italian "Tuono" almond based glaze, which gives the loaf unforgettable texture and flavour.

The delightful and sweet notes of the sultanas are elegantly combined with the strong flavour of the "Tuono" almonds, in this artisan fruit bread with a refined and balanced flavour. The dough of the Filone Uva is made light and pleasant thanks to the natural leavening obtained from our sourdough, which makes the sweet suitable for all times of the day.
The packaging of the Loaf represents a real preview of the product, involving the consumer in a visual path prior to being tasted.
