Artisanal Lemon Panettone with Lemons from Sicily and the Amalfi Coast. The soft and yellow dough is richly filled with lemon cream, sultanas and minced and candied lemon peel, which give an intense and persistent citrus aroma. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from free-range hens, milk and butter and cream. The 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and natural leavening starting from sourdough, give the Panettone Limoni great softness and digestibility.
Our Lemons Panettone was born of the marriage between two premium varieties of Italian citrus fruits that we are very proud of. This sweet bread features Lemons from Sicily and the Amalfi Coast, with their large spindle-like shape and intense fragrance, with their plentiful juice and prized essential oils. Together, the two varieties of lemon, ripened under the hot Mediterranean sun, yield a thousand aromatic notes. The deliciously tempting lemon filling is paired with prized lemon rind to bring brightness and balance of flavors to this incredible Panettone.
The panettone is hand-packaged inside an elegant cardboard box, decorated with historical images of the traditional Milanese dessert and a white frame inspired by the bas-reliefs of French houses. The handle is a refined double satin ribbon.
