The Salted Caramel Easter Colomba is a tasty and original version of the traditional italian Easter cake. Its soft dough is richly filled with salted butter caramel cream, milk chocolate drops and natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with white chocolate caramel icing and italian hazelnuts. The natural leavening from sourdough and the 72 hours of patient processing give to the sweet softness, digestibility and unique flavour. The dough is yellow and well-alveolated and made with fresh basic ingredients: eggs from free-range farming in Italy, butter, milk and mountain cream. The care in selecting and combining the finest ingredients ensure an original and exclusive Made in Italy product.
