The handcrafted Blackhabana® Panettone has a particularly soft well-waved dough, enriched with a delicious filling of dark chocolate cream and rum and sweetened with natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar, a Slow Food Presidium. The natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship, give the Panettone high softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free range eggs, milk, cream and butter. Made for gourmets who love the intensity of single-origin cru chocolate and the strong taste of rum.
The Panettone BlackHabana® is enriched with a mouth-watering filling of single-origin South American cru chocolate expertly balanced with the intense flavour of rum: one does not overpower the other but together they burst into a lively and surprising balance.
The panettone is packaged in a cardboard box wrapped with paper and closed with a double satin ribbon. The ingredients scroll and a charm depicting the 'L' of Loison are added.
The packaging, in black and coppery tones, recalls the colours of chocolate and rum.
