The 1.5 kg Panettone magnum classico is a naturally leavened soft dough cake, produced in the Italian tradition. It is obtained by natural fermentation of our sourdough starter and is the result of a patient 72-hour artisan process. The Panettone Magnum Classico has a yellow, soft and well-waved dough, enriched with juicy sultanas, candied ‘Sicilian Oranges’ and ‘Diamante-Calabria Citron’ peels.
The Magnum 1.5 kg format is part of a limited production, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of products Made in Loison.
