Cakes

Loison Cakes are a pleasure to share.

Five Tosa cakes filled with salted butter caramel cream or chocolate. Six fragrant Sbrisola cakes flavoured with almonds, hazelnuts, chocolate, honey, pistachio and mint. Three Bonissima cakes with a delicious filling of wild flower honey, figs and candied chestnuts. The Bonissima, a traditional Modenese cake in which the crumbly texture of butter-based shortcrust pastry is combined with three different tender and enveloping fillings. They are joined by Maranea, Rotonda, Crostatina, Plumcake and Amanda cakes.
