Bonissima Honey and Walnuts

The Bonissima Noci e Miele is a traditional Modena dessert in which the crumbly consistency of the butter-based shortcrust pastry is combined with a soft, enveloping filling. Dario Loison wanted to offer this artisanal cake, enriching it with a filling of Italian "Lara" walnuts and Sicilian wildflower honey, so as not to forget this popular excellence of Made in Italy confectionery over time.
