The Sbrisola Riso Menta is a reinvention of the Mantuan sbrisolona (crumble cake) – a traditional farmer’s sweet that has been enriched and recreated here by the craftsmanship of Dario Loison. The crumbly and irresistible consistency of this cake derives from the rice flour mixed with butter. The dough is rolled out by hand by our artisans and then embellished with the fresh and delicate flavour of mint leaves, which give the cake a unique and surprising taste.
The Sbrisola Riso Menta is an innovative sweet, resulting from the great passion for the search for new flavours of our artisans. The crumble cake has been reinvented here, using "farmer’s" ingredients, such as rice and mint, but resulting in a refined tasteful experience, where the enveloping flavour of the rice enhances the fresh notes of the mint leaves.
The eye-catching aspect of the romantic packaging is the heart-shaped opening. A window on the Loison taste that allows you to see the contents of a handmade Sbrisola, each one different from the other. A “gap” that reflects the transparency of Loison’s production.
The box is elegantly opened just like a book, allowing you to be immersed into the aromas and flavours of this delicious sweet.
