The artisanal pistachio Colomba is a cake with a particularly soft dough, enriched with a delicious filling of Bronte Green Pistachio cream, a Slow Food Presidium. The surface is covered with white chocolate icing and chopped pistachios. The natural leavening from mother yeast and the 72 hours of patient artisan workmanship give the cake unique softness, digestibility and flavour. The yellow, well-veined pastry is made with fresh basic ingredients: eggs from free-range farms in Italy, butter, milk and mountain cream. The sweetness of white chocolate and the intensity of pistachio will satisfy the most discerning and greedy palates.
The Loison Pistachio Colomba is an explosion of sweetness. The dough is enriched with Bronte Green Pistachio cream and the covering is made with pistachio grains and white chocolate.
The Colomba is hand-packed inside a printed cardboard box representing the theme of this year’s Easter collection.
The package is then enriched with a fabric handle and a refined ingredients scroll.
