Filone Loison (also known as Panfrutto), in its traditional recipe, is a soft cake rich in candied fruit, sultanas and almond icing. Today, thanks to Dario's reinterpretation, this artisanal delicacy has been enriched with fine ingredients, to offer a modern version of the classic leavened cake.
