The low-sugar artisanal chocolate panettone has a particularly soft, yellow, well-waved dough, enriched with dark chocolate drops and sweetened with natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar. The natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship give the Panettone high softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free range eggs from Italy, milk, cream and butter.
