The Mini Panettone all’amarena in the small 100 g format is a sweet, soft dough, obtained by the natural leavening of our Sourdough, and is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The cherry mini panettone has a soft and well-alveolated dough, embellished with candied cherries and sultanas. Small-sized sweetness, but rich in Loison quality.
