The Panettone Amaretto is covered and decorated on the surface with a fragrant amaretto glaze, made with Italian almonds and granulated sugar.
The yellow and soft sponge is enriched with sultanas and aromatic candied peel of Sicilian Oranges and Diamante citron from Calabria. The macaroon panettone is produced in compliance with the Italian confectionery tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour artisanal process.
In the dough of our Macaroon Panettone we mix sultana raisins with candied peel of oranges from Sicily and citrons from Diamante, Calabria. The bread is then topped with a fragrant amaretto glaze featuring Italian almonds and sugar crystals.
The Panettone is hand-packaged in a wrapping solution decorated with Nordic-style images. The package is wrapped with a branded satin ribbon closed to form a bow in the center and completed with a charm depicting the "L" of Loison.
