The artisanal Cherry Panettone is a soft sweet, enriched with sweet candied black cherries, sultanas and Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar (Slow Food presidium). The natural leavening, the 72 hours of patient processing and the selected ingredients give the sweet softness, digestibility and unique flavour. The dough is yellow and well-alveolated and made with fresh basic ingredients: eggs from free-range farming in Italy, butter, milk and mountain cream.

While, in the past, candied cherries were used as garnish, in our Panettone Amarena we make them the stars of the show. Their presence is absolutely undeniable, with plump pieces of dark tart cherries studding the sponge of our yeast cake. This is one of our most popular and creative varieties of Panettone. The unmatchable combination of flavors comes from the rich taste that the candied tart cherries release, followed by very persistent fragrances.
The Panettone is hand-packaged, protected in a cardboard box wrapped with paper featuring the flower and fruit that characterize it. A double satin ribbon, which closes the package, is adorned with an accessory that makes the packaging even more exclusive and refined: a charm depicting the "L" of Loison.
