The Panettone Magnum Cherry 3Kg has a sweet, soft dough, obtained by the natural leavening of our Sourdough, and is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The Panettone has a soft and well-alveolated dough, enriched with sweet candied black cherries, juicy sultanas and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar, a Slow Food presidium. The 3kg Magnum is part of a limited edition, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of Made in Loison products.

While, in the past, candied cherries were used as garnish, in our Magnum Cherry Panettone we make them the stars of the show. Their presence is absolutely undeniable, with plump pieces of dark tart cherries studding the sponge of our yeast cake.
This is one of our most popular and creative varieties of Panettone. The unmatchable combination of flavors comes from the rich taste that the candied tart cherries release, followed by very persistent fragrances.
The Magnum Panettone is hand-packaged with a transparent wrapping solution, wrapped in a double satin ribbon closed with a bow in the center.
