Its dough is rich in juicy candied Sicilian oranges and Diamante citron with a naturally intense aroma, sweet sultanas and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar. The Artisanal Classic Panettone is obtained by natural leavening from sourdough and the basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range eggs in Italy, milk, cream and butter. A perfect combination of Italian confectionery tradition, craftsmanship and excellent ingredients evaluated and selected with extreme care, which make Loison artisanal Panettone a perfect sweet to be enjoyed at Christmas and at any time of the year.

Our Classico a.D. 1476 variety of Panettone combines lightness with goodness: its soft and fragrant sponge is full of candied peel of oranges from Sicily and citrons from Diamante, Calabria. Our craft Panettone is further enriched with the best and sweetest sultana raisins and is flavored with Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar (a Slow Food Presidium). This classic flavor is the one that best represents our baking tradition.
The panettone is hand-packed inside a cardboard box with a casket-like closure depicting the theme of this year's Christmas collection: the world of nature and regal animal creatures.
The package is then enriched with a cord handle and an exquisite ingredients scroll.
