The Classic Panettone Magnum 2kg, is a naturally leavened soft dough, produced in accordance with the Italian tradition. It is obtained by natural leavening of our sourdough and is the result of a patient 72-hour craftsmanship. The Classic Panettone Magnum has a yellow, soft and well-alveolated dough, enriched with juicy sultanas, candied “Sicilian Orange” peel and candied “Diamante citron-Calabria”.
The 2kg Magnum is part of a limited edition, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of Made in Loison products.
Our Classic Magnum Panettone combines lightness with goodness: its soft and fragrant sponge is full of candied peel of oranges from Sicily and citrons from Diamante, Calabria. Our craft Panettone is further enriched with the best and sweetest sultana raisins and is flavored with Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar (a Slow Food Presidium). This classic flavor is the one that best represents our baking tradition.
The Classic artisanal Panettone is hand-packaged inside an exquisitely detailed hatbox, designed to be collected and gifted. The Panettone is wrapped in tissue paper with harmonious tones, matched with Renaissance motifs printed both on the outside and inside of the hatbox. The cord has the same shades and completes the meticulous care embodied in this packaging, inspired by those of the Panettone from the early 20th century.
