The Panettone Magnum with Mandarin 3Kg has a sweet, soft dough, obtained by the natural leavening of our Sourdough, and is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The Panettone Magnum Mandarin has a soft and well-alveolated dough, enriched with sweet sultanas, juicy candied peel of late Ciaculli mandarin* and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar*, two delicious *Slow Food presidia.
The 3kg Magnum format is part of a limited edition, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of Made in Loison products.
The one-of-a-kind flavor of our Magnum Panettone with mandarin comes from the intense fragrance that late-season mandarins from Ciaculli release. We have used this Slow Food Presidium in our recipes since 2005. We purchase this variety of mandarin orange directly from the Slow Food Consortium, and the candying process that the peel of the fruit undergoes follows specific guidelines from us. The unmatchable scent of Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar (a Slow Food Presidium) added to our Panettone brings to mind the sweet and magical atmosphere of winter holidays.
The Panettone magnum is hand-packaged with a transparent wrapping solution, wrapped in a double satin ribbon tied with a bow in the center. The transparent wrapping is highly effective, and the sight of the Panettone Magnum immediately evokes enthusiasm. The panettone is shipped together with an elegant gift shopper.
