The artisanal Panettone with salted caramel and dark chocolate is an original and exclusive sweet that is a surprise for the perfect balance between sweet and salty. Its intense and lively taste satisfies the most refined and insatiable palates. The dough is yellow and well-alveolated and is richly filled with salted caramel cream and embellished with single-origin dark chocolate cru and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar. The Panettone al caramello salato is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and is naturally leavened, starting from sourdough. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range Italian eggs, milk, cream and butter.

The panettone is hand-packaged in a cardboard box, wrapped in pastel-toned paper depicting the Palladian serliana, an architectural element that represents the history and elegance of Vicenza art. The ingredients label and a charm depicting the "L" for Loison are added to the double satin ribbon that closes the package.
