The artisan Panettone Noel with Pear, Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise is soft and well-alveolated, thanks to our ancient sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The yellow dough is enriched with sweet sultanas, juicy candied pears, natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar and a selection of traditional spices, such as cinnamon, star anise and cloves. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from safe farms, milk, cream and butter.

Our Panettone Noël combines very delicate candied pears with a rich blend of spices, including Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar, star anise, cinnamon and cloves. The penetrating and persistent aroma of the spices blends in perfectly with the sweet and superior characteristics of candied pears. This intensely fragrant Panettone is our interpretation of traditional spiced breads that are made in Northern Europe.
The Panettone is hand-packaged in a wrapping solution decorated with Nordic-style images. The package is wrapped with a branded satin ribbon closed to form a bow in the center and completed with a charm depicting the "L" of Loison.
