The Easter Colomba with Apricot and Basil has an unmistakable natural fruity and delicious aroma. The dough is particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream, it is well dimpled and enriched with soft, juicy apricot pieces and fresh basil notes. The surface is covered with granulated sugar. The natural leavening from soourdough, the 72 hours of patient processing and the selected ingredients give the sweet softness, digestibility and unique flavour.
Colomba Apricot Basil is the result of a combination of sweet, semi-candied Italian apricots and fragrant basil leaves. An artisanal colomba with a refined flavour, for the most refined palates that seek novelty but are attentive to tradition.
The Colomba is hand-packed inside a printed cardboard box representing the theme of this year’s Easter collection.
The package is then enriched with a fabric handle and a refined ingredients scroll.
