The Colomba, in the large 5 kg Magnum format, is a traditional Italian Easter cake with a soft dough, obtained by natural leavening from mother yeast and is the result of 72 hours of patient artisan processing. The classic Colomba Magnum has a soft, well dimpled dough, enriched with candied Sicilian orange peel. The surface is covered with a fragrant italian almond glaze, decorated with whole almonds and granulated sugar. The Magnum format is part of a limited edition, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of Made in Loison products.
