The Colomba is a traditional italian Easter cake, made by natural fermentation from sourdough, with an irregular oval shape reminiscent of a dove. The Colomba cake in its classic flavour has a light consistency, its soft and well dimpled dough. According to the traditional recipe is enriched with candied 'Sicilian oranges' peels. The surface is covered with italian almond icing and granulated sugar.

The Colomba is placed in a transparent logoed bag and packed in a printed cardboard box with a fabric handle. The graphics on the box reproduce images from the last century, so as not to forget the traditions of Easter.
