Colomba Mandarin from Ciaculli

The Easter Colomba with mandarin "Tardivo di Ciaculli" has an unmistakable natural fruity and delicious aroma. The dough is particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream, it is well dimpled and enriched with fragrant candied "Tardivo di Ciaculli*" mandarin*, Sultana raisins and natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with a fragrant italian almond glaze , decorated with whole almonds and granulated sugar. The natural leavening from soourdough, the 72 hours of patient processing and the selected ingredients give the sweet softness, digestibility and unique flavour.
