Panettone PeachMary®

The artisan Panettone PeachMary® is born from the meeting between the delicate taste of peaches and the intense aroma of rosemary: a original and elegant combination that satisfies the most refined palates. The yellow and well-fluted sponge is enriched with semi-candied peaches and richly filled with peach cream and notes of rosemary. The PeachMary® Panettone is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and is naturally leavened from a dough of sourdough. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range Italian eggs, milk, cream and butter.
