The 3 kg magnum Panettone with Chocolate has a soft dough, obtained by the natural leavening of our sourdough, and is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The Panettone has a soft and well-alveolated dough, enriched with dark chocolate drops and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar, a Slow Food presidium. The 3kg Magnum is part of a limited edition, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of Made in Loison products.
