Box Antologia

The Box Antologia by Loison Pasticceri dal 1938 offers an elegant and refined tasting experience, where Venetian tradition and carefully selected ingredients come together in an assortment designed for life’s most special moments.

The star of the selection is the Classic Veneziana, the traditional sweet focaccia from Venice reinterpreted by Dario Loison. Soft and airy thanks to natural sourdough, fresh butter and 72 hours of skilled artisanal processing, it is enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food Presidium, and a delicate blend of four selected spices. Its surface is covered with a fragrant glaze decorated with Italian “Tuono” almonds and sugar grains, offering unmistakable aromas and flavours for a unique and refined tasting experience.

The box also includes a 75 cl bottle of Cuvée Royal wine, perfect for pairing with the sweet specialties, and the Filone Frutta, an artisanal fruit loaf naturally leavened with sourdough and enriched with Sultanina raisins and candied Sicilian orange peels, finished with a crisp glaze made with Italian “Tuono” almonds that adds remarkable texture and flavour.

The Tosa Fondente features a cocoa shortcrust pastry base filled with frangipane and a soft single-origin dark chocolate filling, combined with fresh cream and eggs from free-range hens. The result is a fragrant cake with a bold and irresistible flavour that perfectly blends tradition and innovation. Completing the selection are the Cricri, individually wrapped pralines made with hazelnuts coated in extra dark chocolate and colourful sugar grains, small indulgences with an intense and refined taste.

All products are elegantly presented in a rigid light-green faux-leather magazine holder, enhanced by an elegant gold buckle and refined finishes, designed to be reused over time.
