The Simmetria Gourmet Box by Loison Pasticceri dal 1938 offers a unique tasting experience where Venetian tradition meets carefully selected ingredients in an assortment designed for life’s most special moments.

At the heart of the selection is the Mandarin Veneziana, the traditional sweet focaccia from Venice reinterpreted by Dario Loison. Soft and airy thanks to natural sourdough and 72 hours of patient artisanal processing, it is enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and candied late-season Ciaculli mandarin peels—both Slow Food Presidia—and enhanced by a delicate blend of four spices. Its almond glaze, topped with Italian “Tuono” almonds and sugar grains, releases intense aromas and an unmistakable flavour.

The package includes: a 375 ml bottle of Verduzzo wine and assorted Cuneesi, crunchy dark chocolate pralines with a soft filling in rum, whisky and Grand Marnier flavours, for a small yet characterful indulgence; a 160g pack from the Cubotti line with single-portion biscuits in the flavours Classic Canestrello, Zaletto and BlackHabana® Canestrello; finally, a Walnut and Honey Sbrisola, a reinterpretation of the traditional Mantuan sbrisolona: its crumbly texture comes from the combination of “Marano” corn flour and butter, while the dough, hand-rolled by our artisans, is enriched with Italian “Lara” walnuts and Sicilian wildflower honey, bringing together tradition and outstanding ingredients in a truly authentic Made in Italy dessert.

All products are elegantly presented in a sage green quilted faux-leather container with retractable gold-metal handles and a velvety interior.
